Okey so what is breathing?
Breathing is a basic human function, but not everyone breathes effectively, especially during stressful times. By practicing this 2 minute breathing routing regularly you can heal your stress related back pain.
The reason why I recommend you should do it in the bathroom is:
-Everyone visits the bathroom at least 2-3 times a day.
-You are by yourself.
-You have the time to do it.
Can you perform the breathing exercises in another location of course you can. Guys it is really simple the majority of my back pain clients that have been successful in acquiring this very, very important breathing habit into their life longterm have done it by performing the exercise in the bathroom. The majority of my patient that fail to acquire the breathing habit try to do it in other places but fail because of they do not do it consistently, they get interrupted and can´t find the time to do it.
So how do you perform this bathroom breathing exercise?
1.Sit down on the toilet
2.Inhale through your nose for 2 seconds
3.Hold your breath for 8 seconds
4.Let your air out for 4 seconds through your mouth
5.Repeat the breathing routing 8 times
