Hey, what´s up
For the past 15 years, I’ve put my back pain clients through 12 inconvenient back pain challenges. Today I will reveal the first of the 12 inconvenient back pain challenges. I want to share these challenges because I know after 15 years of trial and error, that they worked awesome to reduce back pain. But only if you do them of course.
I´ve named them 12 inconvenient back pain challenges because they challenge you to get rid of certain

You can easily save time, energy and money, and also receive better treatment if you once and for all get your medical history in order, okay? Get a folder and mark it with the title “Back Bible”. Then, take time off work and phone the GP, the orthopedists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, etc. that you’ve previously met with.
Every single one! Ask them to send you a copy of your records, and what they’ve done with your back and the results of the treatments, okay? You’re fully entitled to this according to the Data Protection Act. Don’t forget to ask your GP or the x-ray department to send copies of possible x-rays, surgery records or similar things. Put all these papers in a folder in chronological order. Don’t come up with any excuses! Excuses are one of your problems. Decide to take full responsibility for your back. No one else will. That begins with your “Back Bible”. Prove that you can handle the responsibility.
Thanks, everybody! Oh yeah, and to end with, I learned from someone who actually does podcasts a lot that you should always tell people on your podcast to go and rate your show. So if you like any of what you’ve learned so far, please go back to iTunes and rate it. I would appreciate it. This is still kind of a new project for me, but I’ve noticed that we’re on top. I think we’re 106 of the new and hot podcasts, so we’re rising in the ranks. Thank you,
