So when I started this back pain clinic I was doing, it was a hard in the beginning to get customers and stuff, you know, it always takes time to build a company.
So as an extra income, I, had on my website, I put up the store shop where you can purchase good products for your back pain. And I had a lot of questions – people were asking me, “Where can I buy good tense machine? Where can I buy a massage shoe couch. Where can I get them a good bed? Blah, blah, blah.”

Just give me the best exercise for back pain.”
“That’s the only thing I want. Give me that and I leave, you know, when I’ll pay whatever.”

Guys, I’ve been doing this for 20 years now. If you’ve been following me for awhile, then you know that 25 years ago I had a serious back pain injury playing ice hockey and I have not played for three years.
I went to school for six years doing physiotherapy and I’ve been treating patients with back pain for the last 15 or 20 years. And I had this re-occurring stuff that, I had problems with in the office every day. I have a lot of people that come in and they’ve been in back pain for quite a while.
They tell me they have experienced more than two years of back pain and they come with an attitude like they have done everything and they’ve given up hope to get rid of the back pain. They think that I’m not going to be able to do anything about it.
Let me give you a bit of backstory here. I had this guy come in. We can call him John. That’s not his real name. I’m just making that up to protect him. So John was actually here in this room a few m ...

First off, guys, I’m in the car and it’s actually six o’clock in the morning, and I’m on vacation. I’m here guys because I decided on December 1st, 2019 I committed to help 1 million people heal their back pain online without using dangerous drugs or surgery. 25 years ago, I injured my back playing ice hockey big time. It was a serious injury. I had a lot of pain. For three years, I was on painkillers. I couldn’t sleep and my life just stopped. At one point, I wanted to die. That’s how bad it became. And I was so frustrated. So I started to read books, and I read about 50 books, but I just got more and more confused because the stuff that they were saying in the books contradicted themselves. I also visited anyone that should be able to help me—chiropractors, physiotherapi ...
Hey what´s up guys. This is Robin Wakeham and Welcome to the back-pain secrets podcast. Today I am going to talk about how the 80/20 principal saved my life & cured my back pain.
Last night, I was actually interviewed by a really big newspaper here in Sweden. The reporter’s questions got me thinking when I finished my master’s degree in 2005 while at the same time working as a physiotherapist. Those were only my day jobs. At night, I was building an ecommerce site.
My business idea was to sell quality products for everyone suffering from back pain. The Tempur mattresses became my best sellers and money started to roll in. Since I didn’t think three fulltime jobs were enough, me and my wife also had our first child around this time. I didn’t sleep more than 34 hours each night. Soon, I’d developed a taste for ecommerce and started another two international web shops.
Somewhere along the way I lost track of day and night, but I was so high on adrenalin and coffee that the World AntiDoping Agency would have disqualified me if I’d had a urine test done. For some reason, I was having a reoccurring back pain more often th ...
Hey what´s up guys. This is Robin Wakeham and Welcome to the back-pain secrets podcast. Today I am going to talk about who gets back pain…
I like to get an early start in the morning and get up 04:30 every morning and see my first patient at 06:00 am in the morning. This morning my first patient was a stressed businessman and the second patient was a self-sacrificing woman. I see these two kinds of recurring patients all the time. Maybe you belong to one of these.
The characteristics of the stressed businessman are: This type is most often a man, and usually performance oriented. He works 70-80 hours a week, have everything under control and shoulders a huge responsibility. No rest for the weary. The family is a blur on the other side of the room. Adrenalin, coffee and kicks from work keep him awake. The anger is rarely far away, especially towards anything that keeps him away from work. That’s the reason why he doesn’t really want to come and see me. After all, there is a chance that he would be perceived as weak.
The characteristics of the selfsacrificing woman are: The other kind is usually a woman. She’s nervous and wan ...
Hey what´s up guys. This is Robin Wakeham and Welcome to the back-pain secrets podcast. Today I am going to talk about why you feel confused about your back pain.
Right now it is around eight a clock at night and I am getting ready to go to the gym. Usually, I go first thing in the morning but this morning. But this morning I had to bring my dog Eva who is a french bulldog to the veterinary for major surgery hopefully she will be ok.
Sitting in the waiting room with Eva this morning I was feeling really confused and realize that I was experiencing the same feeling the majority of my back pain sufferers feel around there back pain situation.
I wanted to record this short podcast to tell you and all other back pain sufferers out there that
Everyone’s confused – not just you I’m guessing that you, just like many other back pain clients are confused.
What is the deal? There’s so much information everywhere, no ordinary person can be sure of what’s what. What’s the difference between treatment 1 and 2? What should I do to recover quickly? What happens if I never make a full recovery? The confusion is made wors ...
Hey, what´s up guys! This is Robin Wakeham and welcome to the Back Pain Secrets podcast. Today I am going to talk about my Inconvenient Back Pain Challenges that I get all my back pain clients to go through.
For the past 15 years, I’ve put my back pain clients through 12 inconvenient back pain challenges. Today I will reveal the first of the 12 inconvenient back pain challenges. I want to share these challenges because I know after 15 years of trial and error, that they worked awesome to reduce back pain. But only if you do them of course.
I´ve named them 12 inconvenient back pain challenges because they challenge you to get rid of certain behaviour. Imagine that you have 12 large boulders in your backpack, they’re the cause of your back pain. We’re going to remove them one by one so that your back can function better. If you skip one of those challenges or don’t do them properly, that boulder will stay in your backpack.
Do this to get rid of the first boulder. You can easily save time, energy and money, and also receive better treatment if you once and for all get your medical history in order, okay? Get a folder and mark it with the ...
